iService wins the Europe-wide tender for the EU funding programme of Interreg Baltic Sea Region, which supports innovative projects in an area of around 3.8 million km² and a population of more than 103 million inhabitants.
For the funding period 21 – 27, the task was to set up a complete relaunch of the website with a project-database and tools such as a calendars, blogs and multi-editor system – in which around 200 project-managers can maintain their data independently. In addition, we integrated the project data of prior funding periods that had already taken place – to end up with a huge knowledge database of funded projects.
A strategically and technically complex challenge was the consolidation of the considerable amounts of data. The data had to be organised in such a way that this extraordinary knowledge of all projects was preserved precisely, could be easily found and accessed at any time. And this for projects of all past, current and future funding periods.
The implementation of a password-protected area enables targeted communication of content-related information. It also enables the individual programme bodies in the backend to manage their data.
With an intelligent extensive map, we provide applicants with a helpful basic tool with which they can search for information in geographic terms.
