Not in every advertising agency does this equation, starting with 8 strong personalities, lead to such an exciting and successful adventure as it appears on the overall page of our agency.

Since the founding of the agency in 1999, it has been the annual team day that every one of our team members is especially looking forward to. Because he always promises something new, is full of joy, has a little touch of adventure and exudes an extra dose of community feeling.

Canoe Tour March-Thaya-Auen 🚣‍♂️

Our team day 2017 in the WWF wetlands Marchegg has inspired us to this year’s tour, a canoe trip on the March. With a member of the WWF and the Storchenhaus (stork house) Marchegg we had two specialists for this unique meadow landscape with over 500 endangered animal and plant species on board.

Under constant observation of the white-tailed eagle our tour led from the entry point Angern about 17 kilometers in the constant paddling on the March to our destination Marchegg. The whole trip we were accompanied by storks and gray herons, every now and then we sighted deer and water snakes. Incredibly impressive in this area were the protection zones and natural forest reserves, in which nature is left to its own devices.

The canoeing required a high degree of coordination and interaction and any approaching capsizing we could (with a lot of laughter) fend off together and turn into a skilful rowing river. This shared experience is building block and marker of our daily interaction as a team and is also the result of our work as an agency & 🙌 we love challenges.

So we arrived dry at our planned destination Marchegg and a picnic in the castle park formed the perfect end to this beautiful team day. ❤️

Kanu Tour March-Thaya-Auen 🚣‍♂️

Unser Teamtag 2017 in dem WWF Auenreservat Marchegg hat uns zu unserer diesjährigen Tour inspiriert, einer Kanufahrt auf der March. Mit einem Mitglied vom WWF und vom Storchenhaus Marchegg hatten wir zwei Spezialisten für diese einzigartige Auenlandschaft mit über 500 gefährdeten Tier- und Pflanzenarten mit an Board.

Unter ständiger Beobachtung der Seeadler führte unsere Tour von der Einstiegsstelle Anger rund 17 Kilometer im Dauerpaddeln auf der March zu unserem Zielort Marchegg. Die ganze Fahrt über wurden wir von Störchen und Graureihern begleitet, hin und wieder sichteten wir Rehe und Wasserschlangen. Unglaublich beeindruckend an diesem Gebiet waren die Horstschutzzonen und Naturwaldreservate, in denen die Natur sich selbst überlassen wird.

Das Kanufahren forderte ein hohes Maß an Koordination und Zusammenspiel und jedes nahende Kentern konnten wir (mit viel Lachen) im Miteinander abwehren und in einen geschickten Ruderfluss verwandeln. Dieses gemeinsame Erfahren und Erleben sind Baustein und Marker unseres täglichen Interagierens als Team und bilden auch das Resultat unserer Arbeit als Agentur & 🙌 wir lieben Herausforderungen.

So sind wir auch trocken an unserem geplanten Zielort Marchegg angekommen und ein Picknick im Schloßpark bildete den perfekten Abschluss dieses wunderschönen Teamtages. ❤️
